Cooper Green
Cooper Green was hired for his first professional acting job at the age of six. He worked a 12-hour day for the director and walked away with a whopping $50 check. The next day the production company called Cooper's agent and said, "We were so impressed with Cooper and we want to pay him an extra $25". Obviously it wasn't the money that enticed him, but Cooper was hooked, and from that day on he knew he wanted to be an actor.
Cooper has an impressive resume which includes a variety of roles in various fields of the entertainment industry. He was hired for a recurring role in the CBS series, Yes, Dear (2000) and guest-starred in the highly acclaimed drama, Judging Amy (1999) opposite Tyne Daly. Cooper can be seen in the Disney Channel Short, 3-Minute Game Show (2007) and he voices the guest starring role of Leland Lopart in the children's television show, Handy Manny (2006), also on Disney.
One of Cooper's favorite jobs to date has been the role of Steve in the short film, How My Dad Killed Dracula (2008). Cooper was also fortunate to be cast in the multi-award winning video, "Believe", by Brooks & Dunn. He has also worked in numerous commercials either on camera or voice-over, including Volvo, Orville Redenbacher, McDonald's, Adventures in Odyssey, and Jiffy Lube, to name a few.
From a very young age Cooper began singing professionally in Nashville as a session singer. He has performed on numerous recordings for a number of producers and record companies. His dad, Brian, is a producer, and his Mom, Wendi, is a singer/song writer who has sung professionally for over 20 years, so Cooper comes by his musical talent naturally. Cooper also plays the guitar professionally and travels in a band leading worship for camps and church events. Currently, Cooper and his sister, Gatlin, are performing original music and are preparing songs for their first record.
Cooper resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his parents, sister Gatlin, and three newly adopted siblings from Ethiopia.
