Her studies include Meisner Technique, Chubbuck Technique, Screen Acting, Comedy/Sitcom, the Actors Conservatory 6-month program in Los Angeles (AAFTA) and numerous other courses in America and Australia. She is represented in both Australia and the US. She began her performance career as a dancer and then as a vocalist, performing to crowds of up to 800 people. Her vocal coach, Erana Clark (Vocal coach on Australian Idol and X-Factor), recognized something special in Ashlee and wrote her into a TV pilot, "Pretty Mess", which started her passion for acting.

Ashlee Marie McLemore captivates audiences with her ability to own and bring life to each character she plays. In her most recent role, McLemore strives to continue to gain the approval and confidence of audiences supporting Corbin Blue and John Savage in the soon to be released Ovid And The Art of Love. In the film, McLemore brilliantly transforms into Agripinna, as the very logical and overachieving best friend to Blue's character Ovid.
