K.D. Dávila
Kristen "K.D." Dávila is a Mexican-American screenwriter from Los Angeles. After graduating with a degree in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University, she earned her MFA in Writing for Screen and Television from USC's School of Cinematic Arts. She was a Universal Pictures Emerging Writers Fellow, and a Film Independent Project Involve Fellow. While at Film Independent, she wrote the short Emergency, which won Best Narrative Short at SXSW 2018, and the Special Jury Award at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.
